With Every Full Home Inspection, we will
provide a FREE Limited Home Warranty when requested.
American Home Warranty Association provides
an exclusive limited mechanical and structural
insurance policy. For Sellers, the policy
covers 120 days of coverage or until the property
is sold. For Buyers, the policy covers
90 days from the time of inspection, or 21 days
after escrow closes, whichever is later. Please
inform inspector of your interest in this warranty
coverage when scheduled.
