SERVICES

We inspect property before and after the sale for safety defects. Offering services for both buyers and sellers, our experience can save you both time and money!

At Dream Keeper Home Inspections, we specialize in inspecting your home, before you buy or sell.  We make every effort to make your home inspection as smooth and straightforward as possible.  We provide a comprehensive (yet easy to read) computerized report including color photos. Your report will be available for download usually within 24 hours of the inspection.

As the buyer of the home, you deserve to know what issues the home has before you go to closing. A thorough and professional home inspection can provide you with the information you need to be an informed buyer.

It takes a lot of energy to heat, cool, and operate a home. Most home buyers have no idea how much it will cost them to operate their home once they move in. Current homeowners do not fully understand how much energy and, therefore, money is being wasted by their home.

Since 1974, American citizens have been protected from dangerous items in their homes by federal law. Congress prescribed a system whereby if a manufacturer designed a dangerous product, they MUST recall all those items and FIX THEM FOR FREE!

Our inspectors undergo ongoing training and certification.  We are proud members of NACHI, and certified with the Arkansas Home Inspection Board HI #1211 .

We are fully licensed and insured, including referring third party coverage for real estate agents, brokers, and other parties. Serving all of Central Arkansas including: Little Rock, Conway, Greenbrier, Mayflower, Maumelle, Vilonia, Searcy, and surrounding areas.

Your dishwasher won’t run. Your heat won’t come on. The cost of home repair these days can be intimidating to any homeowner- especially first time homeowners. We offer protection from these issues through our home warranty coverage.

You’ve walked through the home and checked it out. But without a trained eye you may not have seen the issues that could face you after you move in. You don’t want to move into your new home and be spending all of your time and money making unexpected repairs.

Property owners are turning to new strategies.  And one tactic that is increasingly bringing buyers and sellers closer together is a property inspection obtained by the seller before the home is even listed.
